PAPSA (previously known as Streetstar I) comprises of an auto-positioning satellite antenna element with a rotating capability on an antenna base. The antenna elements comprise of a main reflector, for receiving and reflecting satellite broadcasting signals. An auxiliary reflector on a focus of the main reflector. And a rotatable LNB positioned on the rear of the antenna element for receiving the signals reflected from the auxiliary reflector and adjusting the frequency of the signals.
Moreover the PAPSA has a compass and a levelling system built in.
