Aligning a satellite dish should not be difficult, this is an easy to use portable satellite dish kit with built in elevation guide, the dish can be aligned simply and accurately in seconds. 

The dish is self contained and does not require any poles, brackets, mounts or tools.

It will work on flat or sloping ground and can be temporarily secured once positioned. After use it packs away to around half the size of most other portable systems currently on the market. 

This Fast Finder satellite dish was launched in January 2008 and has become our biggest selling portable dish kit.

The dish size is 54cm diameter and can be used from Scotland down to mid France to receive the Sky satellite signal or various European satellites.

This kit will receive the Sky or BBC Freesat signals, a receiver will be required, these can be found under "Sky Receivers" or "Freesat BBC"

NB: If using a BBC Freesat box we advise using a satfinder meter to ensure the dish is correctly aligned as the signal strength display on the Freesat receiver cannot be relied upon.

All you need is a Sky receiver to view BBC, ITV etc plus the many other free channels (200+) or subscription channels.

 

Why This Design?

The unique design of the supporting legs allows the dish to be set up very quickly and accurately especially on sloping ground, all this is achieved very easily with the aid of built in spirit bubbles, IE: when the bubble is level the elevation is correct.

Most satellite dishes require a securely fixed pole or tripod to support the dish, the Fast Finder Kit overcomes this by using the legs to support the weight of the dish face. This avoids the need for rigid poles and tripods and results in a very sturdy, rigid construction.

The dish can be used as a  freestanding dish on concrete etc or pegged into the earth for extra stability.

 Where Can I Use This?

In trials we have located the Sky satellite signal from Scotland down to Mid France with excellent results, some of our customers have used this dish in S France and have also received the Sky signals.

NB: A number of Sky channels can still be received as far down as South Spain, however the local UK channels (BBC, ITV etc) will become very weak and require a much larger dish.
